Appointment Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to update your spa profile and to fill out required information. In consideration of other clients, late arrivals cannot receive an extension on scheduled service times and the full service fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card number is required to secure all laser and injectable appointments and any esthetic treatment that is 90 minutes or longer in length. Please be aware that 24 hours notice is required to cancel any spa service. If a cancellation is not within this timeframe or if the client does not show up for a confirmed appointment, 50% of the total price of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card number provided.
Consultations
Initial consultations are complimentary. Subsequent consultations are subject to a $50 fee. Please contact reception for information on surgical consultation fees with Dr.Hollis.
Non-Refundable Policy
Gift cards, retail product and treatment packages are non-refundable.
Considerations
Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other spa clients. For your maximum pleasure and in consideration of other spa clients, it is recommended that small children do not accompany you on your spa visit. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or set to silent upon entering the spa.

On occasion, and due to unforeseen scheduling circumstances, Derma Spa may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked appointment(s). Please be assured that on such occasions we have exhausted all other options. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs at your earliest convenience.
