Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to update your spa profile and to fill out required information. In consideration of other clients, late arrivals cannot receive an extension on scheduled service times and the full service fee will apply.
In the event that you will be 15min or more late for your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled or modified at the discretion of your service provider as to limit disruption to other client services and staff.
Gift cards, retail product and treatment packages are non-refundable.
Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other spa clients. For your maximum pleasure and in consideration of other spa clients, it is recommended that small children do not accompany you on your spa visit. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or set to silent upon entering the spa.
On occasion, and due to unforeseen scheduling circumstances, Derma Spa may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked appointment(s). Please be assured that on such occasions we have exhausted all other options. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs at your earliest convenience.
